Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

1. Shipping

a. Shipping
Your order will be processed, shipped and delivered as quickly as possible.
We ship products anywhere in the United Kingdom using the shipping method of your choice.

b. Delivery Time
When you place an order we will estimate delivery times upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method chosen and destination.
Courier delivery times may vary.

c. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected.
We aim to keep the cost as low as we can but is out of our control.
2. Return, Exchange, Cancellations

a. Return Policy
We offer a 30-Day return policy for eligible goods sold, this excludes original shipping costs.
If item was bought in with a discount code only amount paid will be refunded.
Cost of shipping item back will be at your expense unless item is faulty.

b. Eligible Return
- The item must be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of original purchase.
- The original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged.
- Item must be returned with original invoice or sales order.

c. Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
You can return the item for a refund.

3. Faulty Goods

a. Faults
If you have received your item and you believe there is a physical fault, you need to contact our team to inform us.
If we believe the fault with the item is warrant we will ask you to return the item for inspection.
Contact team first before returning.

b. Eligible Faults
Following listed will be accepted as a fault and grounds for return.
- Flickering Lights
- Damaged Body of Product
- Lights Not Powering Up
Please contact our team to discuss.
Items must still be in original packaging.

c. Returns & Inspection
Returned faulty items will be inspected and reviewed, please see section 2B for returns. If item is seen as faulty you will be offered an exchange or full refund including shipping costs.
Please keep receipt of postage as we will ask for proof if accepted.
